Indonesian Law No. 13 of 2018 establishes publishers’ obligations to deposit printed and recorded works in Indonesia. These obligations are further specified in Government Regulation No. 55 of 2021 and National Library Regulation No. 8 of 2022, which support the National Library’s commitment to capturing and preserving the nation’s digital heritage through its electronic deposit system. This complementary preservation and dissemination mechanism reinforces CV Wahana Publikasi’s commitment, as the publisher of Verdict: Journal of Law Science, to ensuring the discoverability, accessibility, and long-term preservation of its scholarly publications.
